Becoming an Adult Volunteer at

St. Francis of Assisi (Diocese of San Jose)
Safe Environment Training
Safe Environment Training must be renewed every three (3) years.
1. Go to VIRTUS® Online (virtusonline.org)
2. Click on First Time Registrant
3. Select San Jose (Diocese)
4. Create a new username and password - one that you'll remember.
5. Then complete the combined certification course called
6. "Protecting God's Children Maltreatment 3.2 & Vulnerable Adults Combined_San Jose"
1. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate. Please send that certificate to rolivas@dsj.org
