…the Legion of Mary, Our Lady of the Assumption Presidium, for a blessed spirit-filled celebration of the feast or Our Mother of Perpetual Help and their 7^th year anniversary last Wednesday.  Thank you for the awesome celebration of faith, hospitality, and food!   Thank you for their Table of Mary where they give out free rosaries, prayer books, medallions, and other religious items for the last four Sundays including this weekend. This weekend is their last Sunday for the Table of Mary, so take advantage of this opportunity! Thank you, Legion of Mary…you are awesome!

…the 10:00 am Liturgical Ministers team for coordinating the “Meet and Greet” last Sunday. Fr. Robain and I had a fantastic time listening to stories and experiences of some of our parishioners, and enjoyed coffee and donuts with them.   Team 10:00…you are awesome!
 

• Saint Francis Fund.  Our second collection this weekend will go to the St. Francis fund.  This fund helps the least among our brothers and sisters to get by in their daily needs.  Please include them in your prayers as we continue this ministry imitating St. Francis in helping the poor and those in need.  Thank you for your awesome generosity !

 

• Meet and Greet. Our next meet and greet will be next Sunday, September 3 after the 8:00 am Mass. Signup sheet is available after the 8:00 am Mass (only). This will help us in our planning.  Our Ushers will be delighted to assist you.

 

• Social Justice Ministry Fair.  Today, you have an opportunity to explore the possibility to be a volunteer in our parish’s Social Justice ministry.  Some members of the ministry will be outside the church to answer your questions. Please swing by their table and seize the opportunity .
