To enable to fulfillment of its mission, the Diocese of San Jose & St. Francis of Assisi Parish are committed to transparent dealings with all of its faithful and members of the public.

Accountability is a very important element of this transparency. We attempt to involve a large and diversified number of people in consultative bodies at every level of the Church structure, through finance and parish councils and many other consultative groups.

Our goals it to protect not just our children and vulnerable adults, but all who interface with the Diocese through its parishes, schools, and various departments, as wella s the assets, financial and physical, entrusted to our care.

We want to hear from you about any concernst that you have regarding the mis-management of parish and school property, including cash and all other assets and any apparent disregard of policies pertaining to the property management of these assets. We have selected EthicsPoint to provide us with an anonymous and confidential method to hear your suggestions, concerts or the report of misconduct.

EthicsPoint will send the information you provide to us on a totally confidential and anonymous basis. EthicsPoint will accept reports of misconduct through its  website at the links on this page, dsj.ethicspoint.com, or the hotline telephone number 1-88-325-7863. They will provide a complete report to the Diocese of San Jose. We will then continue the investigation and determine how best to resolve the issues. You will receive feedback on the progress of the investigation.
